Soothing and helpful with emotional healing
When I received this stone, I noticed it arrived a little broken ( a small corner at the low end had chipped off a little) but I had not problem with it so I kept it. I read online that Lepidolith is a very soft crystal so this can happen with transportation BUT it does not affect the energy of the crystal at all. I started working with Lepidolith as I was guided to work with it after going through a break up and considering moving on from one career to another. I found it extremely helpful with helping me navigate through changes, processing emotional hurt and moving on from heartbreak with a very calming, assuring and soothing quality. I read one can use this stone to work during changing your mindset and it worked very well for me on this, as well. I would go back to working with this crystal during times of work related stress or if I can't sleep it helps to just meditate with it - either holding it on your left hand or placing it on your chest. Doing Inner Child work and healing past trauma was positively enhanced while working with Lepidolithe, too. I would totally recommend it and I am so thankful for having found this stone. At first it has a very neutral energy so you might not get that whoosh feeling right away just by holding it (like it happens with stones such as carnelian or black obsidian) BUT it surely works wonders and introduces itself at the right time.
